biography

Born in Portland, Oregon, and then moved with her family to Lewiston in the early 70s. She graduated from Lewiston High School, and with a Bachelor of Science in Education, from the University of Idaho. She was the Program Coordinator and Professor in the Paralegal and Legal Assisting programs at LC State for over 15 years. For the past 43 years, she has worked along with her husband, to manage his law practice, their family corporation, consisting of a cattle ranch, timber, and commercial real estate development, and their personal partnership in residential and commercial rentals. She is a past member of the Tammany School Board, and a past president of the Idaho Association for Legal Professionals. She is the current President of LC State’s Foundation Board, a member of the Boards of the Idaho Community Foundation and of Idaho Business for Education. Lori is married to William Vern McCann, Jr., and together they have 4 children and 10 grandchildren.
