Born and raised in Canyon County, Julie served in the public schools for 32 years as a teacher and administrator and is currently on the Thomas Jefferson Charter School Board of Directors. Julie volunteers for Love INC as a course facilitator and chairs the Canyon County Branch of Assistance League of Boise. Julie is married to Leland Sasaki.
