Julianne Young was raised in Moreland, Idaho and graduated from Snake River High School where she enjoyed music, drama, debate, and serving as the Snake River mascot. She completed an A.A.S. from Ricks College and a B.S. in Education from Idaho State University. Growing beautiful things—from gardens and families to freedom—is her passion. Most recently, the pursuit of this passion has included: completing her Master Gardener certification, building a large geothermal greenhouse, writing as an editorial columnist, and spending time enjoying her family. Julianne and her husband, Kevin, have ten wonderful children. They live on a five-acre hobby farm in Groveland where they love creating music together, spending time in the great outdoors, and serving in their community.
